Memorable passwords use the EFF Large Wordlist (CC BY 3.0).

Create a memorable password — a passphrase — that’s easy for you to remember and very hard for a computer to guess. Instead of a string of symbols, this mode picks random everyday words from the EFF Large Wordlist (7,776 words), the same list the Electronic Frontier Foundation recommends for diceware passphrases. Choose how many words, the separator and whether to capitalize or add a number. Five or six random words give you roughly 65–78 bits of entropy — strong enough for almost anything, yet something you can actually type from memory. Every word is chosen with the browser’s cryptographically secure random generator, entirely on your device; nothing is uploaded.
