Never leaves your device — it all runs in your browserJPEG, PNG or WebP · up to 12 MB · up to 32 MP · metadata up to 200 entries
Inspect an image reports the format, file size, dimensions (encoded and after EXIF orientation), orientation, alpha channel and metadata (EXIF/XMP/IPTC/ICC + GPS) of one JPEG, PNG or WebP — entirely in your browser with no upload and no account. Metadata is listed only as far as the parser can read it: “no metadata detected” means the parser found none, never that the file is universally metadata-free. This is a viewer, not a forensic validator and not a metadata remover; GPS values are shown locally with a warning and are never linked to a map or sent anywhere.
How it works
- Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP image — inspection starts automatically, with no Run button.
- Read the key data: format, file size and dimensions (encoded and after EXIF orientation).
- Open the metadata section to see EXIF/XMP/IPTC/ICC and GPS fields, filtered to All, File or Metadata.
- Copy the JSON or download inspection.json. Everything happened in your browser; nothing was uploaded.
